Shop for fresh produce and homemade pies for Thanksgiving on Wednesday, Nov 25th, from 12pm-4pm! Take home a pie made by our vendors for the holiday, along with the fresh fall veggies, meats, & eggs you need for the feast! We are planning to have pumpkin, pecan, apple, blueberry, apple-cranberry, salted-caramel pecan, lemon pie, and more! This market will replace our regular market following Thanksgiving – market will be closed on Saturday, Nov 28th
This week you will find farm-fresh BABY GREENS, CARROTS, CABBAGE, SHELLED PECANS, BEETS, RUTABAGA, HEAD LETTUCE, SWEET POTATOES, SALAD MIX, KALE, COLLARD GREENS, BUTTERNUT SQUASH, HERBS, and MORE!
We will also have grass-fed BEEF and pasture-raised PORK, TURKEY, CHICKEN, and EGGS, fresh-baked DESSERTS, CBD products, delicious, fresh-baked YEAST ROLLS for Thanksgiving, and MORE!

Aiken’s Farm will be at market with seasonal produce.
CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, turkey, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic/non-gmo feed. Beef cuts are plentiful and include ground beef, brisket, London broil, NY strip, ribeye, short ribs, bones, and roasts. Pork cuts include pork chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, sweet Italian sausage, bratwurst, and patties. A full line-up of chicken cuts are available, and now include jalapeno-cheese, spinach-garlic, or garlic-rosemary chicken sausage. We also have ground turkey, cranberry-sage turkey sausage and turkey cuts. You will also find dried dog chews and handmade scented soaps: Lavender, Lemongrass, Oatmeal & Honey (with honey from the bees on our farm), Cherry Almond, and Plain Jane. Cool Springs Farm will be at the market with shelled pecans, Early Jersey cabbage, head lettuce, white bunch onions, rutabaga, small sweet potatoes, small butternut squash, curly green and dinosaur kale, collards, and bok choi. Grand Hope Farm will be there with several varieties of lettuce, sweet Italian peppers, and bell peppers.
Red Roots Farm will have lots of veggies for your Thanksgiving table, including collards, kale, ruby and purple sweet potatoes, red leaf lettuce, Boston lettuce, parsley, cilantro, bagged baby kale, bagged baby mustard greens, sunchokes, beets, carrots, and more.
