Fresh bok choy makes an incredibly quick and easy side dish that’s nourishing and packed with delicious flavors!  The combination of soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, spring onion, and chili flakes are the perfect complement to tender-crisp bok choy. You will find bok choy and spring onions from Cool Springs Farm at the market this week!

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, water and chili flakes in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a large skillet and cook the garlic, onions, and ginger until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes.
