This Week at the Market
Chatham Mills is a “rain or shine” market. It is important to us to bring our customers the fresh produce they need every week. Only in the case of extreme dangerous weather do we cancel the market. Given current predictions for Saturday, we plan to be there and we hope to see you there, too!
This week you will find OYSTER MUSHROOMS, TOMATOES, SALAD MIX, ARUGULA, BELL & SWEET ITALIAN PEPPERS, OKRA, EGGPLANT, FRYING PEPPERS, YELLOW SQUASH and ZUCCHINI, RADISHES, SALAD TURNIPS, GARLIC, fresh CILANTRO, HERB TRANSPLANTS, and MORE!
We will also have grass-fed BEEF and pasture-raised & organic-fed PORK, CHICKEN, & EGGS!

VENDOR PRODUCE LIST:
CATHIS Farm is fully stocked on grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork, chicken, and eggs! Beef cuts include ribeye, NY strip, sirloin steaks, ground beef in bulk and patties, and ground chuck. Pork cuts include bacon, pork chops, spare ribs, Boston butt, and a variety of sausages. Chicken breasts are back in stock as well as thighs, jalapeno & cheese chicken sausage, and spinach & garlic sausage. Chicken pet chews are also in stock for your 4 legged friends!
Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh oyster mushrooms (blue, pink, golden, and other varieties) and live herb plants including thyme, lemon balm, and chives.
Four Dog Farm will be at market with salad mix & arugula, radishes & salad turnips, cilantro bunches, garlic, Italian eggplant, bell peppers, a small amount of okra, and a variety of small peppers: Shishito, poblano, snack, pimento, & jalapeno.
Grand Hope Farm will be there with several different types of tomatoes, okra, eggplant, bell and sweet Italian peppers, onions, yellow squash, and zucchini.
