Deerhoof Gardens will be at the market with fresh oyster mushrooms and culinary, medicinal and native herbs ready for the garden, including basil, rosemary, mountain mint and bee balm, along with pepper and tomato starts!
Edge of the World Farm will be there (weather permitting) with our herbal products including extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, dried herbs, herbal tea blends, room fresheners, and body sprays.
Four Dog Farm will have carrots, radishes, salad turnips, parsley, fresh garlic bulbs, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale bunches, kohlrabi, parsnips, Swiss chard, celtuce (Chinese stem lettuce) and hopefully some amount each of beets, zucchini, yellow squash, and sugar snap & snow peas.
Grand Hope Farm will be there with French cucumbers, several types of head lettuce, spinach, kale, savannah greens, broccoli, cauliflower, and red and white sweet onions.
Mary Mel Family Farm will be at market with whole chicken, chicken cuts, pork chops, sausage, pork shoulder, and eggs.
Thistle Draw Farm will have Pasture Raised, Woodland Finished Pork. Little Hilltop Farm will be at market with Little Hilltop Farm’s Mason Jar and Hand Wrapped Bouquets. We will also have some small jars of freshly cut herbs in water for keeping them fresh on your countertop and cooking with them all week. So make sure to pick up some beautiful locally grown flowers and herbs from our farm and bring some happiness home.
