VENDOR PRODUCE LIST:
Bumblebee Meadows will be at the market with cottage style bouquets, eggs (chicken, duck and quail) and beets. We have the first dahlias blooming as well as a myriad of gorgeous blooms arranged in beautiful colorful combinations. Stop by, say hello and grab a bouquet for your table!
Deerhoof Gardens will be at the market with fresh oyster mushrooms and culinary, medicinal and ornamental herbs and native plants ready for the garden: BASIL, mountain mint, sage, sorrel, comfrey, calendula, mint and more!
Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, dried herbs, herbal tea blends, room fresheners, bug and body sprays, and possibly some Purple Passion asparagus.
Four Dog Farm will have fresh garlic, kohlrabi, beets, carrots, parsnips, salad turnips, kale, collard greens, Swiss chard, celtuce (Chinese stem lettuce).
Grand Hope Farm will be there with several types of head lettuce, spinach, Swiss chard, kale, onions, broccoli, strawberries, and possibly cauliflower.
THISTLE DRAW FARM will have Colorful Free-to-Leave Farm-Fresh Eggs, Pastured Pork and Sausage: Boston butts, chops, spare ribs, Chorizo, andouille, sweet mild Italian, bulk mild and hot breakfast sausage, mild breakfast patties, organ meats, neck bones, salted fatback, lard, and leaf fat, Pasture raised, air chilled chicken is on the way! We anticipate our first harvest to be in the second half of June.
Scrub – Rinse – Squeal! It’s sudsy, creamy, lightly scented and made from our pasture raised lard. It’s Hog Wash soap, a hand crafted local collaboration of Thistle Draw Farm and Toad Hollow Farm made in small batches in Pittsboro, NC
Toad Hollow Soapery will be at the market with our small batch goat’s milk soaps, shampoo and conditioner bars, natural deodorants, laundry detergent, facial masks, men’s shave bars and more. Toad Hollow is located right here in Pittsboro and sources its own goat’s milk which is vitamin rich to help support healthy skin.
