SPRING PLANT SALE!
It’s time for spring planting! We’ll have lots of healthy starts for your vegetable and herb garden this week and through the month of April. Our vendors are bringing a large variety of plants to help you find what you are looking for. Check out the detailed list of plant varieties you will find on our Spring Plant Sale Vendors Page!
For those doing their regular weekly grocery shopping, this week you will find STRAWBERRIES, ASPARAGUS, OYSTER MUSHROOMS, CARROTS, PARSNIPS, RADISHES, fresh HERBS, and MORE!
There will also be forest-raised PORK, pasture-raised CHICKEN, fresh-baked YEAST ROLLS, herbal TEAS & EXTRACTS, fresh-cut FLOWER BOUQUETS, SOAPS and other BODY PRODUCTS, and live HERB and GARDEN PLANTS!

Spring Plant Sales: April 20th and 27th, (and into May) our vendors will be bringing a variety of plants for your garden and edible landscaping! Veggie transplants (tomatoes and more!) and annual and perennial herb plants. You will find plants available when shopping with Edge of the World Farm, Lionhearts Homestead, Deerhoof Gardens, and Four Dog Farm!

Chatham Oaks Farm will be at market with strawberries! To reserve a gallon or quart ahead of time, please email: chathamoaksfarm@gmail.com.
Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh blue and pearl OYSTER MUSHROOMS along with delicious and nutritious SOIL SPROUTS grown from broccoli, radish, mung bean and other organic seeds. Kale, broccoli, marigold and other VEGETABLE and FLOWER STARTS are available in 4-packs. We will also have a wide selection of CULINARY and MEDICINAL HERBS and including bronze fennel, spearmint, chamomile, calendula, bee balm and many more all ready for your spring garden!
Edge of the World Farm will be there with our herbal products including herbal liquid extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, dried herbs and herbal tea blends. We will also have purple asparagus, fresh culinary herbs, and the first plants for the Plant Sale!
Four Dog Farm will have asparagus, carrots, parsnips, green garlic, sprouting broccoli, radishes, and tomato and marigold starts for the Plant Sale. We are also still taking sign-ups for the Spring CSA! The CSA opens on April 20th!
Thistle Draw Farm will have Succulent Pastured Pork: 11 varieties of pork sausage – Smoked Andouille, Kielbasa, Chorizo, Cajun, Maple and Brown Sugar, Italian, and many more! Hickory Smoked Bacon: Belly Bacon, Jowl Bacon, Belly Bacon end cuts, and Ham Steaks. Favorite Cuts: Boston Butt Roasts, Porterhouse Chops, Loin Chops, Spare Ribs, Petite Tenderloin, Ground, and more! Air-Chilled Pasture-Raised Chicken: Whole Chicken, Boneless Skinless Breasts, Leg Quarters, Tenders, Wings, Backs, and more, along with Colorful Farm Fresh Eggs!
Bumblebee Meadows is green and we are waiting patiently for Mother Nature to give us colorful flowers! We will be at the market this week with a limited number of spring bouquets of Dutch iris, anemone, Geum, Italian violas, and Lenten roses – hopefully with a few or our specialty narcissus.
The Yeast Roll Company will be at market with plenty of delicious fresh-baked yeast rolls (plain, cinnamon, and garlic herb), and samples of a new product (cheese garlic herb). Currently in development: gluten-free yeast rolls!
Toad Hollow Soapery will be at the market for the first time with handmade goat’s milk soaps, men’s shave bars and accessories, all natural laundry detergents, and facial masks for all skin types.
