Local and handmade products fair. Visiting vendors are invited to showcase their produce, foods, products, crafts, and services! VENDOR PRODUCE LIST:
Aiken Farm will be at market with fresh, seasonal produce.
Baked By D will be there with coffee cake, GF brownies, GF carrot cake, GF blueberry crumble, GF banana chocolate chip muffins (sweetened with date sugar), and vegan chocolate chunk cookies.
CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as pasture-raised pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic and non-gmo feed. A variety of beef cuts are available, including ground beef, stew beef and bones. Pork cuts in stock are chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, mild country with extra sage patties, bratwurst, smoked kielbasa, smoked chorizo, and smoked garlic bratwurst plus many more. Whole chickens raised on pasture and moved daily. Ground turkey and turkey wings and new dehydrated turkey pet chews. Grass-fed lamb includes chops, ground, shanks and many more cuts.
Chatham Oaks Farm will be at market with head lettuce and LOTS of fresh local Chatham County strawberries!
Cool Springs Farm will have green beans, sugar pod peas, onions, green garlic, radishes, salad turnips, kohlrabi, kale, Swiss chard, bok choi, mixed and head lettuce, asparagus, and spinach.
Edge of the World Farm will be there (weather permitting) with herbal tinctures, elixirs, creams, salves and dried tea blends. We will also have some purple asparagus and possibly a few plants.
Four Dog Farm will be at market with parsnips, radishes, salad mix, baby spinach, and garden transplants: French marigold and a variety of cucumber plants.
Green Heal Farm will be there with Swiss chard, salad mix, beets, kale, radishes, lettuce, handmade wooden cutting boards, and a few flower bouquets.
Rocky River Hemp NC will be there with CBD products, including 1200 mg CBD oil, high strength CBD salve, bath bombs, and dog treats. Customers will get a free Rocky River Hemp T-shirt with purchase of two bottles of 1200 mg CBD Oil or two jars of High Strength Salve.
Twelve Oaks Farm will have eggs, pickled beets, salsa, hot sauce, pickled garlic, dill pickles, and bread and butter pickles. You can pre-order for convenient pick-up at the market at https://www.twelveoaksmarketplace.com/
Cure Nursery will be at market with a lovely selection of native plants. This week we will have Zizia aurea (Golden Alexanders), Trillium cuneatum (Sweet Betsy), Osmunda regalis (Royal Fern), Adiantum pedatum (Northern Maidenhair Fern), Vaccinium corymbosum (Highbush Blueberry) and a few more.
Crystal Glen Alpacas will be there with alpaca yarn, knitted & felted items, and wooden craft. We have some great, new, unique items to present to friends and customers this year. See you at the market!
