VENDOR PRODUCE LIST:

CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as pasture-raised pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic and non-gmo feed. A variety of beef cuts are available, including ground beef, stew beef and bones. Pork cuts in stock are chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, mild country with extra sage patties, bratwurst, smoked kielbasa, smoked chorizo, and smoked garlic bratwurst plus many more. Whole chickens raised on pasture and moved daily. Ground turkey and turkey wings and new dehydrated turkey pet chews. Grass-fed lamb includes chops, ground, shanks and many more cuts.

Cool Springs Farm will have tomatoes, okra, figs, pears, cantaloupes, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, eggplant, potatoes, bell peppers, butternut squash.

Cure Nursery will be there with a lovely selection of native plants. This week we will have Asclepias tuberosa (Orange Butterfly Weed), Chrysogonum virginianum (Green-and-Gold), Chrysopsis mariana (Maryland Golden-Aster), Eutrochium fistulosum (Joe Pye Weed), Kosteletzkya pentacarpos (Seashore Mallow), Rudbeckia fulgida var. ‘fulgida’ (Orange Coneflower), Solidago caesia (Wreath Goldenrod) and a few more.

Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh oyster mushrooms (blue, pink, and other varieties) and live herb plants including thyme, mint, lemon balm, chives, and several varieties of basil.

Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal tinctures, elixirs, creams & salves, and dried herbal tea blends.

Green Heal Farm will have cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, several varieties of peppers, basil, flowers, and cutting boards

Four Dog Farm will be at market with green beans, plum tomatoes, okra, garlic, eggplant, mixed-color cherry tomatoes, banana peppers, and a variety of small peppers: Lunchbox, pimento, jalapeno, & Shishito.

Grand Hope Farm will be there with several varieties of tomatoes, bell peppers, Italian peppers, green tip squash, zucchini, eggplant, French cucumbers, tender pod okra, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and fresh dug Yukon Gold and Kennebec potatoes.
