Bumblebee Meadows will be at the market with cottage style bouquets. The dahlias are loving the rain and cooler temperatures so you will see more of them as the season progresses. We will start to have dried flowers as well, pampas grass and lavender will be available this week. We have harvested another delicious batch of honey, garlic will be available as well as our colorful eggs.
Discover CATHIS Farm’s bounty at Chatham Mills Farmers Market! Get ready for a feast of flavors this week! CATHIS Farm is back, bringing you the best of the pasture and forest. Their pasture-raised chicken is tender, juicy, and ethically raised—perfect for your next family meal. Dive into the rich, earthy flavors of forest-raised pork, which roamed freely among the trees. And don’t miss out on their handcrafted lard soap, a little luxury for your skin. Plus, spoil your furry friends with wholesome treats like dehydrated pet chews and eggs. It’s all waiting for you at the market!
Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal liquid extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, dried herbs, and herbal tea blends. They will also be bringing fresh cinnamon, lemon, and Thai and sweet basil.
Four Dog Farm will have garlic, potatoes, onions, a few cucumbers, (semi) hot peppers: jalapeno, serrano, poblano, & Cajun mini-bell, acorn squash, butternut squash, spaghetti squash, okra, edamame, and possibly Shishitos, eggplant, and sweet peppers.
Grand Hope Farm will be at market with a variety of tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sweet bell & Italian peppers, summer squash and zucchini, okra, eggplant, onions, cucumbers, a few radishes, kale, chard, and potatoes.
WHAT A SEASON AT THISTLE DRAW FARM! WE ARE SO GRATEFUL for your enthusiastic support! We’re working harder than ever to meet the demand for our succulent pasture raised pork, chicken, holiday turkey, and colorful free-to-leave eggs. With the gracious support of the local farming community and loyal customers like you WE ARE EXPANDING. More pasture means more goodness! There’s still a lot of work to be done, but we’re optimistic that we can eliminate the gaps in our retail offering as time passes. PORK IS COMING! Very soon you will be able to stock up on our array of delicious pastured pork cuts, new sausage flavors, and smoked bacon. Thank you for your patience! On the menu this week is pasture raised, air chilled chicken leg quarters, boneless skinless breasts, tenders, drumsticks, wings, thighs, and our ever-popular chicken frames for soups or nutritious bone broth. Lastly, we’ll have a couple of retired layer hens for those craving more flavor and darker meat of a free-to-leave chicken.
