Free Meditation Workshop – September 14th:

Vihangam Yoga will be offering a free meditation workshop. Vihangam Yoga is a century-old, non-profit organization with a global presence in over 45 countries. It is dedicated to human well-being and involved in many peace initiatives across the world.

The free meditation workshop includes: Unlocking the Power of Mind Control, Breathing Techniques for Inner Balance, Mantra Chanting for Mental Clarity, Guided Meditation for Deep Relaxation, and an Interactive Session: Questions and Answers. Bumblebee Meadows will be at the market with honey, garlic, and gorgeous colorful cottage style bouquets filled with zinnias, celosia, dahlias, amaranth, basil, lemon verbena and anything else that is growing in the field! Do you have a special event or party coming up? Need a large flower arrangement- we’ve got you covered! We can provide a bucket of flowers that you cannot get anywhere else! Just ask- we are happy to meet your flower needs.

Discover CATHIS Farm’s bounty at Chatham Mills Farmers Market! Get ready for a feast of flavors this week! CATHIS Farm is back, bringing you the best of the pasture and forest. Their pasture-raised chicken is tender, juicy, and ethically raised—perfect for your next family meal. Dive into the rich, earthy flavors of forest-raised pork, which roamed freely among the trees. And don’t miss out on their handcrafted lard soap, a little luxury for your skin. Plus, spoil your furry friends with wholesome treats like dehydrated pet chews and eggs. It’s all waiting for you at the market!

Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh oyster mushrooms and a wide selection of culinary and medicinal herbs: sage, stevia, bee balm, lemon balm, mountain mint, chives, and much more!

Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal liquid extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, dried herbs, and herbal tea blends. They will also be bringing fresh cinnamon, lemon, and Thai and sweet basil.

Four Dog Farm will have garlic, potatoes, hot peppers: jalapeno, serrano, poblano, & Cajun mini-bell, white acorn squash, butternut squash, spaghetti squash, okra, and possibly edamame, Shishitos, eggplant, and sweet peppers. We will be absent from the market next Saturday, September 7th.

Grand Hope Farm will be at market with a variety of tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sweet bell & Italian peppers, summer squash and zucchini, okra, eggplant, onions, cucumbers, a few radishes, kale, chard, and potatoes.

THISTLE DRAW FARM PASTURED PORK IS BACK! Just in time for Labor Day festivities! Stock up on your favorites! SAUSAGES: Bratwurst, Mild Italian Sausage, Hot Italian Sausage, Mild, Medium, & Hot Breakfast Sausage, Fresh Chorizo, Zesty Chorizo, & Smoked Jalapeno Cheddar, and more! CUTS: Large and Small Bone-In Boston Butt Roast, Tenderloin, Porterhouse Chops, Bone-In Loin Chops, Tongue, and Creamy White Leaf Fat.
