Aiken Farm will be at market with apples, zucchini, cucumbers, yellow & patty pan squash, tomatoes, sweet corn, and banana peppers.
Baked By D will be there with GF slices of Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, GF Brownies, GF + DF Muffins, Vegan Muffins, Vegan + GF, chocolate chip cookies, Focaccia, Banana Nut Bread, and Coffee Cake.
CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as pasture-raised pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic and non-gmo feed. A variety of beef cuts are available, including ground beef, stew beef and bones. Pork cuts in stock are chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, mild country with extra sage patties, bratwurst, smoked kielbasa, smoked chorizo, and smoked garlic bratwurst plus many more. Whole chickens raised on pasture and moved daily. Ground turkey and turkey wings and new dehydrated turkey pet chews. Grass-fed lamb includes chops, ground, shanks and many more cuts.
Cool Springs Farm will have figs, okra, sweet corn, cantaloupes, watermelon, slicing tomatoes, Shishito frying peppers, bell peppers, cucumbers, yellow squash, zucchini, Irish potatoes, butternut squash, eggplant, and spider plants & aloe plants.
Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh oyster mushrooms (blue, pink, and other varieties) and live herb plants including thyme, mint, lemon balm, chives, and several varieties of basil.
Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal tinctures, elixirs, creams & salves, and dried herbal tea blends.
Four Dog Farm will be at market with green beans, Asian eggplant, okra, garlic, yellow squash, mixed-color cherry tomatoes, salad tomatoes, and a variety of small peppers: Lunchbox, pimento, jalapeno, Shishito, & poblano.
Green Heal Farm will have tomatoes, potatoes, a small amount of beets, a small amount of salad mix, kale, cucumbers, flower bouquets, all types of peppers, cutting boards, basil, and hopefully a few parsley bunches.
Grand Hope Farm will be there with several varieties of tomatoes, green tip squash, zucchini, eggplant, French cucumbers, tender pod okra, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and fresh dug Yukon Gold and Kennebec potatoes.
