Aiken Farm will be at market with fresh, seasonal produce.
Baked By D will be there with cheesecake, coffee cake, focaccia bread, GF blueberry crumble, vegan cookies (good source of protein and fiber!), GF and DF muffins (lightly sweetened, nutritious and tasty!). I’m also taking pre-orders for Father’s Day cakes that I’ll bring to the market on June 18th.
CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as pasture-raised pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic and non-gmo feed. A variety of beef cuts are available, including ground beef, stew beef and bones. Pork cuts in stock are chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, mild country with extra sage patties, bratwurst, smoked kielbasa, smoked chorizo, and smoked garlic bratwurst plus many more. Whole chickens raised on pasture and moved daily. Ground turkey and turkey wings and new dehydrated turkey pet chews. Grass-fed lamb includes chops, ground, shanks and many more cuts.
Chatham Oaks Farm will be at market with a limited amount of strawberries, cherry tomatoes, and kale.
Cool Springs Farm will have slicing and cherry tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, onions, garlic, and spider plants.
Four Dog Farm will be at market with green beans, carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, and possibly some beets and yellow squash.
Green Heal Farm will have a variety of fresh vegetables, flower bouquets, and handmade cutting boards!
Grand Hope Farm will be there with several types of lettuce, spinach, Swiss chard, kale, spring onions, kohlrabi, carrots, daikon radishes, and broccoli.
Rocky River Hemp NC will be there with CBD products, including 1200 mg CBD oil, high strength CBD salve, bath bombs, and dog treats. Customers will get a free Rocky River Hemp T-shirt with purchase of two bottles of 1200 mg CBD Oil or two jars of High Strength Salve.
Twelve Oaks Farm will have eggs, salsa, pickles, pickled beets, pickled radishes, and more. You can pre-order for convenient pick-up at the market at https://www.twelveoaksmarketplace.com/
Crystal Glen Alpacas will be there with alpaca yarn, knitted & felted items, and wooden craft. We have some great, new, unique items to present to friends and customers this year.
Cure Nursery will be there with a lovely selection of native plants. This week we will have Aesculus parviflora (Bottlebrush Buckeye), Diervilla rivularis ‘Troja Black’ (Bush Honeysuckle), Filipendula rubra (Queen of the Prairie), Hesperaloe parviflora (Redflower False Yucca), Monarda Fistulosa (Wild Bergamot), and a few more.
