For those doing their regular produce shopping, this week you will find STRAWBERRIES, SUGAR SNAP PEAS, SNOW PEAS, SALAD MIX, PARSNIPS, RADISHES, BULB FENNEL, SWISS CHARD, KALE, COLLARDS, SPRING ONIONS, GARLIC SCAPES, SPINACH, HEAD LETTUCE, fresh HERBS, and MORE!

There will also be forest-raised PORK, pasture-raised CHICKEN, fresh-baked YEAST ROLLS, herbal TEAS & EXTRACTS, fresh-cut FLOWER BOUQUETS, CANDLES and BODY PRODUCTS, handmade WOOD and FABRIC CRAFT, and MORE!

VENDOR PRODUCE LIST:

Discover CATHIS Farm’s Bounty at Chatham Mills Farmers Market! Get ready for a feast of flavors this week! CATHIS Farm is back, bringing you the best of the pasture and forest. Their pasture-raised chicken is tender, juicy, and ethically raised—perfect for your next family meal. Dive into the rich, earthy flavors of forest-raised pork, which roamed freely among the trees. And don’t miss out on their handcrafted lard soap, a little luxury for your skin. Plus, spoil your furry friends with wholesome treats like dehydrated pet chews and eggs. It’s all waiting for you at the market!

Chatham Oaks Farm will be at market with limited strawberries, so come and get some early!

Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal liquid extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, fresh and dried herbs and herbal tea blends. We will also have romaine lettuce, Purple Passion Asparagus, and a variety of perennial herb plants including Yarrow, Shiso (self-seeding annual, purple Perilla frutescens), Spearmint, Chocolate Mint, and a few others.

Four Dog Farm will have strawberries, sugar snap peas, snow peas, salad mix, parsnips, green onions, Swiss chard, head lettuces, kale, collard greens, baby spinach, garlic scapes, bulb fennel, celtuce stems (Chinese stem lettuce), and veggie starts for the garden: cantaloupe, basil, and pepper plants (Shishito, banana, poblano, and Gypsy sweet bell)

Grand Hope Farm will be at market with a variety of head lettuce, big leaf spinach, kale, Swiss chard, onions, round carrots, and radishes.

Thistle Draw Farm will have Succulent Pastured Pork: 11 varieties of pork sausage – Smoked Andouille, Kielbasa, Chorizo, Cajun, Maple and Brown Sugar, Italian, and many more! Hickory Smoked Bacon: Belly Bacon, Jowl Bacon, Belly Bacon end cuts, and Ham Steaks. Favorite Cuts: Boston Butt Roasts, Porterhouse Chops, Loin Chops, Spare Ribs, Petite Tenderloin, Ground, and more! Air-Chilled Pasture-Raised Chicken: Whole Chicken, Boneless Skinless Breasts, Leg Quarters, Tenders, Wings, Backs, and more, along with Colorful Farm Fresh Eggs!

Benevolence Farm will be visiting the market for the event with candles and body care products made onsite with the flowers and herbs grown on the farm. Benevolence Farm’s social enterprise supports formerly incarcerated women who live and work on the farm.

Bumblebee Meadows will be at the market this week with mixed spring blooms for Mother’s Day gifting, We will have large, medium and small arrangements in vases this week. Make sure you stop by early to get yours!

Cherie Westmoreland will be visiting the market for the event with hand-built stoneware and porcelain: pinch pots, vases, mugs, bowls, luminaries, garden face pots, wall art, and sculptural pieces

David Walbert will be visiting for the event with spoons and other woodenware, lazy susans, stools and benches, decorative boxes, and wooden spoon earrings.

Embodied Vintage will be visiting the market for the event with hand-sewn aprons, beaded magnets, and toys.

Lionhearts Homestead will be at the market with their handcrafted body butters, body scrubs, lip balms, healing salves, and room sprays. We will also have fresh herb bundles (dill, parsley, mint, oregano, and thyme), lettuce and, collards.

Steady Burn Pyrography will be there with handmade wood-burned decoratives, magnets, and portraits!

The Yeast Roll Company will be at market with plenty of delicious fresh-baked yeast rolls (plain, cinnamon, and garlic herb) and samples of a new product (cheese garlic herb). Currently in development: gluten-free yeast rolls!
