Edge of the World Farm will be there (weather permitting) with our herbal products including extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, dried herbs, herbal tea blends, room fresheners, and body sprays.
Four Dog Farm will have sugar snap & snow peas, asparagus, head lettuce, radishes, salad turnips, salad mix, bulb fennel, parsley, garlic scapes, fresh garlic bulbs, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale & collard bunches, kohlrabi, parsnips, Swiss chard, a few pints of strawberries, and celtuce (Chinese stem lettuce).
Grand Hope Farm will be there with several types of head lettuce, spinach, kale, savannah greens, broccoli, and red and white sweet onions.
Thistle Draw Farm will have Colorful Free-to-Leave Farm Fresh Eggs. Demand is increasing. Now is the time to start/restart your egg subscription. Text 336 233-6679 to reserve yours now. There will also be Pasture-raised, Woodland-finished Pork on the menu: Loin Chops, Porterhouse Chops, Spare Ribs, Boston Butt Roasts, Whole Shoulders, Ground Pork, Organ meats, Smoked Shanks (Osso Buco), Smoked Uncured Bacon, Smoked Uncured Jowl Bacon, Smoked Kielbasa, Smoked Andouille, Chorizo, and Mild/Hot Breakfast Sausage. NEW – Fully Cooked Pulled Pork BBQ by the pound. Just heat it and eat it! Cumberland Road Woodturning will be there (weather permitting) with wooden bowls and other items turned from wood sourced from fallen, diseased, felled-for-safety or other reasons, or invasive trees like Bradford Pear. All bowls are finished with food-safe walnut oil and beeswax or salad bowl finish.
The Yeast Roll Company will be at market with plenty of delicious fresh-baked yeast rolls. Flavors include: Plain, Cinnamon, Garlic Herb, and Cheese Garlic Herb.
Channel Acupuncture & Herbs will be visiting the market with hand-crafted auricular (ear) kits for use as jewelry and/or a healing tool. These are crystals placed on a magnet, which is applied to specific acupressure points on the ear.Embodied Vintage will be visiting the market for the event with hand-sewn aprons, beaded magnets, and toys.
