Aiken Farm will be at market with fresh, seasonal produce.
Baked By D will be there with GF & dairy free carrot cake, GF & dairy free toasted coconut cake, GF blueberry crumble, GF brownies, GF chocolate chip muffins (sweetened with date sugar), vegan chocolate chip cookies (sweetened with dates), coffee cake, and cheesecake.
CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as pasture-raised pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic and non-gmo feed. A variety of beef cuts are available, including ground beef, stew beef and bones. Pork cuts in stock are chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, mild country with extra sage patties, bratwurst, smoked kielbasa, smoked chorizo, and smoked garlic bratwurst plus many more. Whole chickens raised on pasture and moved daily. Ground turkey and turkey wings and new dehydrated turkey pet chews. Grass-fed lamb includes chops, ground, shanks and many more cuts.
Cool Springs Farm will have cherry tomatoes, Cherokee Purple tomatoes, slicing tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, beets, broccoli, purple/red/white Irish potatoes, cabbage, bok choi, kohlrabi, kale, Swiss chard, white onions, green garlic, and okra transplants.
Edge of the World Farm will be there with hibiscus (Roselle sabdariffa) plants, herbal tinctures, elixirs, creams, salves, and dried herb tea blends.
Four Dog Farm will be at market with snow peas, sugar snap peas, curly cabbage, beets, carrots, bulb fennel, and hopefully a few quarts of strawberries.
Green Heal Farm will have salad mixes, heads of lettuce, kale, MAYBE cucumbers, flowers, and handmade cutting boards!
Grand Hope Farm will be there with a variety of head lettuce, spring onions, Swiss chard, big leaf spinach, kale, radishes, kohlrabi, microgreens, and broccoli!
Rocky River Hemp NC will be there with CBD products, including 1200 mg CBD oil, high strength CBD salve, bath bombs, and dog treats. Customers will get a free Rocky River Hemp T-shirt with purchase of two bottles of 1200 mg CBD Oil or two jars of High Strength Salve.
Twelve Oaks Farm will eggs, salsa, dill pickles, bread and butter pickles, pickled beets, pickled radishes, and pickled garlic. You can pre-order for convenient pick-up at the market at https://www.twelveoaksmarketplace.com/
Crystal Glen Alpacas will be there with alpaca yarn, knitted & felted items, and wooden craft. We have some great, new, unique items to present to friends and customers this year.
Lionhearts Homestead will be at market with flower bouquets, house plants (Spider plant & Goldfish plant), body butters and sugar scrubs. Reminder: you will receive a $1 credit toward your next purchase if you bring back the mason jars and body butter & sugar scrub containers.
