Deerhoof Gardens will be at the market with fresh oyster mushrooms and culinary, medicinal and native herbs ready for the garden, including basil, rosemary, mountain mint and bee balm, along with pepper and tomato starts!
Edge of the World Farm will be there (weather permitting) with our herbal products including extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, dried herbs, herbal tea blends, room fresheners, and body sprays.
Four Dog Farm will have sugar snap & snow peas, asparagus, carrots, radishes, salad turnips, bulb fennel, parsley, fresh garlic bulbs, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale bunches, kohlrabi, parsnips, Swiss chard, and celtuce (Chinese stem lettuce).
Grand Hope Farm will be there with several types of head lettuce, spinach, kale, savannah greens, broccoli, cauliflower, and red and white sweet onions.
Mary Mel Family Farm will be at market with eggs, fresh chicken, pork sausage, pork shoulder, ground pork, pork chops, and ribs.
Thistle Draw Farm will have Colorful Free-to-Leave Farm Fresh Eggs. Demand is increasing. Now is the time to start/restart your egg subscription. Text 336 233-6679 to reserve yours now. There will also be Pasture-raised, Woodland-finished Pork on the menu: Loin Chops, Porterhouse Chops, Spare Ribs, Boston Butt Roasts, Whole Shoulders, Ground Pork, Organ meats, Smoked Shanks (Ossobuco), Smoked Uncured Bacon, Smoked Uncured Jowl Bacon, Smoked Kielbasa, Smoked Andouille, Chorizo, and Mild/Hot Breakfast Sausage. NEW – Fully Cooked Pulled Pork BBQ by the pound. Just heat it and eat it!
