There will also be homemade HUMMUS, pastured PORK & EGGS (chicken, duck, and quail!), fresh CUT FLOWER BOUQUETS, herbal TEAS & EXTRACTS, and live plants: NATIVES, culinary & medicinal HERBS, GARDEN TRANSPLANTS, and MORE!

VENDOR PRODUCE LIST:
Bumblebee Meadows will be at market with cut flower bouquets and more! The garden is a magical place in the spring and I will be bringing some of that magic to market. I will have bouquets of peonies, phlox, roses, snapdragons, Geum, larkspur…and much, much more. We have chicken, quail and duck eggs and Sun gold and Roma tomato starts, eggplant and a few cut flower starts left. We love seeing our bouquets in your hands so stop by and see us!
Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with live culinary, medicinal and ornamental herbs and native plants ready for the garden … nasturtium, borage, sage, sorrel, comfrey, snapdragon, calendula, mountain mint, bee balm and more! The mushrooms decided to take a break so we may not have any this week.
Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, dried herbs, herbal tea blends, room fresheners, bug and body sprays, and Purple Passion asparagus.
Four Dog Farm will have carrots, parsnips, head lettuce, green garlic, green onions, salad turnips, spinach, snow peas, kale, Swiss chard, a few bundles of asparagus, and celtuce (Chinese stem lettuce). We will also have transplants for your spring garden: Fordhook zucchini, Early Straight-Neck yellow squash, Boston Pickler cucumber, Straight Eight slicing cucumber, Honey Rock cantaloupe, Firecracker marigold, Sunspot dwarf sunflower, PEPPERS: orange snack, poblano, jalapeno, habanero, & serrano, and TOMATOES: Big Beef, & other hybrid slicers, German Johnson, Cherokee Purple, & other heirloom slicers, Sun gold cherry & Black cherry, and plum tomatoes for sauce and canning.
Grand Hope Farm will be there with several types of head lettuce, spinach, Swiss chard, kale, onions, broccoli and strawberries!
Hummus Ya’ll will be at market with hummus topped with seasoned chickpeas, cilantro-garlic chimichurri, caramelized onions, seasoned sautéed mushrooms, and roasted cauliflower.
THISTLE DRAW FARM will have Colorful Free-to-Leave Farm-Fresh Eggs, Pastured Pork and Sausage: Boston butts, chops, spare ribs, Chorizo, andouille, sweet mild Italian, bulk mild and hot breakfast sausage, mild breakfast patties, organ meats, neck bones, salted fatback, lard, and leaf fat, Pasture raised, air chilled chicken is on the way! We anticipate our first harvest to be in the second half of June.
