This week you will find OYSTER MUSHROOMS, PEPPERS, RADISHES, SALAD TURNIPS, BABY SPINACH, KALE, COLLARDS, CILANTRO, and MORE!
We will also have grass-fed BEEF, pasture-raised PORK, CHICKEN, & EGGS, herbal HEALTH and WELLNESS products, live CULINARY, ORNAMENTAL, and NATIVE PLANTS, and handmade WOOD-BURNED ART!

Holidays at the Market – December 2nd, 9th, & 16th, 10am -1pm – Get ready for the holidays! We’ll have local makers, crafters, and artisans visiting the market, plus our farmer’s market full of fresh seasonal produce, eggs, meat, and much more! Great gift shopping for locally-made, unique items!

CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef, forest-raised pork, and pastured chicken & eggs. Discover a delectable array of farm-fresh meats at our market this week! Indulge in succulent pork chops, flavorful sausages, and hearty spare ribs. For chicken lovers, we offer whole chickens, tender boneless breasts, and juicy thighs. Don’t miss our limited beef selection, featuring premium ground beef and convenient hamburger patties. Plus, secure your Thanksgiving centerpiece by reserving one of our plump, pasture-raised turkeys. And don’t forget our chicken pet chews – perfect for your four-legged companions! Visit us to experience the finest in locally sourced, high-quality meats.
Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh oyster mushrooms (brown, blue and other varieties) and native perennial plants and cold-hardy culinary herbs including chamomile, cilantro, mint, thyme and many more.
Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, fresh mints, dried herbs and herbal tea blends, along with fresh Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa).
Four Dog Farm will have radishes, salad turnips, kale & collard bunches, baby spinach, cilantro, kohlrabi, a variety of peppers: green bell, sweet banana, pimento, Shishito, snack, & poblano, and possibly a few celtuce stems (Chinese stem lettuce).
Thistle Draw Farm will be there with Smoked Canadian Bacon, Porterhouse Chops, Smoked Ham Steaks, Smoked Bacon, Shoulder Roasts, Smoked Jowl Bacon, Sweet and Savory Breakfast Sausages, Versatile Ground Pork, Livers, and Kidneys. Also Grass Pastured Whole Chickens, Boneless Skinless Breasts, Boneless Skinless Thighs, Leg Quarters, Wings, Drumsticks, Tenders, Hearts, Livers, Necks, and Broth/Soup packs just in time for soup season.
Steady Burn Pyrography will be there with Steady Burn Pyrography will be there with wood burned decoratives, magnets, mazes, and custom commission sign up. You can contribute to a collaborative piece which honors animals that we cherish (both living and passed away). 15% of animal portraits goes to Chatham animal rescues. 15% of human portraits goes to the quiltmaker Cafe.
