This week you will find OYSTER MUSHROOMS, CARROTS, LETTUCE, GREEN ONIONS, CABBAGE, KOHLRABI, PEPPERS, RADISHES, SALAD TURNIPS, BABY SPINACH, COLLARDS, CILANTRO, and MORE!
We will also have grass-fed BEEF, pasture-raised PORK, CHICKEN, & EGGS, live CULINARY, ORNAMENTAL, and NATIVE PLANTS, and handmade WOOD-BURNED ART!

CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef, forest-raised pork, and pastured chicken & eggs. Discover a delectable array of farm-fresh meats at our market this week! Indulge in succulent pork chops, flavorful sausages, and hearty spare ribs. For chicken lovers, we offer whole chickens, tender boneless breasts, and juicy thighs. Don’t miss our limited beef selection, featuring premium ground beef and convenient hamburger patties. Plus, secure your Thanksgiving centerpiece by reserving one of our plump, pasture-raised turkeys. And don’t forget our chicken pet chews – perfect for your four-legged companions! Visit us to experience the finest in locally sourced, high-quality meats.
Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh oyster mushrooms (on sale!) and plants: native perennials and cold-hardy culinary herbs including chamomile, cilantro, mint, thyme and many more.
Four Dog Farm will have baby carrots, head lettuce hearts, green onions, radishes, salad turnips, collards, baby spinach, arugula, cilantro, kohlrabi, possibly some kale, a few cabbages and cauliflower heads, and a variety of peppers: green bell, sweet banana, Shishito, & poblano.
Thistle Draw Farm will be there with Chicken Soup Starter Kits, Smoked Ham Steaks, Sweet and Savory Breakfast Sausages, Versatile Ground Pork, Livers, and Kidneys. Also Grass Pastured Whole Chickens, Boneless Skinless Breasts, Boneless Skinless Thighs, Leg Quarters, Wings, Drumsticks, Tenders, Hearts, Livers, Necks, and Free-to-Leave Chicken Eggs.
Steady Burn Pyrography will be there with wood burned decoratives, magnets, mazes, and custom commission sign up. You can contribute to a collaborative piece which honors animals we have loved and grieved. 15% of animal portraits goes to Chatham animal rescues. 15% of human portraits goes to the Quiltmaker Café.
