There will also be forest-raised PORK, pasture-raised CHICKEN & EGGS, herbal HEALTH & WELLNESS products, live HERB PLANTS, and MORE!

Free Meditation Workshop – October 26th:
Vihangam Yoga will be offering a free meditation workshop. Vihangam Yoga is a century-old, non-profit organization with a global presence in over 45 countries. It is dedicated to human well-being and involved in many peace initiatives across the world.
The free meditation workshop includes: Unlocking the Power of Mind Control, Breathing Techniques for Inner Balance, Mantra Chanting for Mental Clarity, Guided Meditation for Deep Relaxation, and an Interactive Session: Questions and Answers.
The workshop will start at 10:00 am. Attendees should bring their own mat for sitting on the ground. If the weather is prohibitive, the workshop will be rescheduled. If you are interested in participating, please email cmfmmanager@gmail.com and let us know so we can have an estimate of the number of folks attending.
Vendor Produce List!
Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh blue oyster mushrooms (and other varieties), fall vegetable starts, and a wide selection of culinary and medicinal herbs: dill, parsley, mountain mint, wild mint, lemon balm, anise hyssop, lavender and much more!
Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal products including herbal extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, dried herbs, herbal tea blends, lavender sachets, herbal air fresheners, bug sprays, and fresh garlic.
Four Dog Farm will have radishes, salad mix, arugula, baby kale, basil, garlic, hot peppers: jalapeno, serrano, poblano, & Cajun mini-bell, winter squash: white acorn & Seminole, okra, Shishito peppers, snack peppers, Asian & Italian eggplant, and sweet peppers: pimento, banana, Gypsy, & green bell. We will be away next Saturday, October 12th, but will return the following week.
Grand Hope Farm will be at market with kale, eggplant, peppers, cucumbers, okra, turnips, and radishes.
