For those doing their regular weekly produce shopping, this week you will find MUSHROOMS, BASIL, OKRA, EDAMAME, EGGPLANT, POTATOES, WINTER SQUASH, HOT PEPPERS, CHERRY TOMATOES, GARLIC, CUCUMBERS, SUMMER SQUASH, SWEET BELL & ITALIAN PEPPERS, ZUCCHINI, RADISHES, KALE, ONIONS, and MORE!
There will also be grass-fed BEEF, forest-raised PORK, pasture-raised CHICKEN & EGGS, herbal HEALTH & WELLNESS products, HONEY, fresh CUT FLOWER BOUQUETS, live HERB PLANTS, and MORE!

Free Meditation Workshop!
Vihangam Yoga will be offering a free meditation workshop. Vihangam Yoga is a century-old, non-profit organization with a global presence in over 45 countries. It is dedicated to human well-being and involved in many peace initiatives across the world.
The free meditation workshop includes: Unlocking the Power of Mind Control, Breathing Techniques for Inner Balance, Mantra Chanting for Mental Clarity, Guided Meditation for Deep Relaxation, and an Interactive Session: Questions and Answers.
The workshop will start at 10:00 am. Attendees should bring their own mat for sitting on the ground. If the weather is prohibitive, the workshop will be rescheduled. If you are interested in participating, please email cmfmmanager@gmail.com and let us know so we can have an estimate of the number of folks attending.

Bumblebee Meadows will be at the market with more bouquets featuring gorgeous dahlias, zinnias, cosmos, gomphrena, celosia plus whatever other beauties are blooming. We have a little honey left, garlic, and chicken and quail eggs. I have been drying flowers since the first spring blooms – I will have everlasting arrangements, a few wreaths and posies for purchase. We would love to make a special arrangement for you – dried or fresh – stop by the booth and place an order!

Their pasture-raised chicken is tender, juicy, and ethically raised—perfect for your next family meal. Dive into the rich, earthy flavors of forest-raised pork, which roamed freely among the trees. Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh oyster mushrooms and a wide selection of culinary and medicinal herbs: sage, bee balm, lemon balm, mountain mint, lavender, and much more!
Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal liquid extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, dried herbs, and herbal tea blends.
Four Dog Farm will have basil, garlic, hot peppers: jalapeno, serrano, poblano, & Cajun mini-bell, white acorn squash, butternut squash, spaghetti squash, okra, edamame, Shishitos, eggplant, sweet peppers, and hopefully a few radish bunches.
Grand Hope Farm will be at market with squash, zucchini, okra, eggplant, bell and sweet Italian peppers, cucumbers, potatoes, onions, turnips, radishes, kale, and maybe some big leaf spinach.

Embodied Vintage will be visiting the market for the event with hand-sewn aprons, beaded magnets, and toys.
Toad Hollow Soapery will be at the market with handmade goat’s milk soaps, men’s shave bars and accessories, all natural laundry detergents, and facial masks for all skin types.
Ric’s Leather and Engraving will be visiting for the event with handmade leather items and limited jewelry items.
