CATHIS Farm will have a large selection of woodland raised and organic fed pork and over 12 different flavors of sausage! Chicken eggs from their pasture raised layers that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic feed. And chicken frames and feet to make your own stock or bone broth. Cool Springs Farm will be at market with green beans, sugar pod peas, curly green and dinosaur kale, romaine and butter crunch lettuce, radishes, white onions, green garlic, and sweet potatoes. We will also have plants: Cherokee Purple, German Johnson, Homestead, Brandywine, Roma, and cherry tomatoes. Romaine and butter crunch lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, kohlrabi and Straight Eight cucumbers.
