Aiken’s Farm will be at market with seasonal produce.

CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, turkey, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic/non-gmo feed. Beef cuts are plentiful and include ground beef, brisket, London broil, NY strip, ribeye, short ribs, bones, and roasts. Pork cuts include pork chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, sweet Italian sausage, bratwurst, and patties. A full line-up of chicken cuts are available, and now include jalapeno-cheese, spinach-garlic, or garlic-rosemary chicken sausage. We also have ground turkey, cranberry-sage turkey sausage, wings, and drumsticks. You will also find dried dog chews and handmade scented soaps: Lavender, Lemongrass, Oatmeal & Honey (with honey from the bees on our farm), Cherry Almond, and Plain Jane. Items can be ordered online for pickup at the market and paid online once the final invoice is sent.

Cool Springs Farm will be at the market with shelled pecans, Brussels sprouts, Brussels sprout tops, rutabaga, curly green and dinosaur kale, collards, bunched onions, small sweet potatoes, and butter crunch, romaine, and iceberg lettuce. You can preorder at 919-499-7689. Grand Hope Farm will be there with several varieties of lettuce, peppers, turnips, kohlrabi, and hopefully some sprouting broccoli will be available this week.

Hill View Farm will be there with delicious beef from their 100% grass-fed Dexter herd. They will have steaks, ground beef, ground chuck, stew beef, bones, liver and broth.

Red Roots Farm will have curly green kale, Lacinato kale, ruby and purple sweet potatoes, romaine lettuce, leaf lettuce, Boston lettuce, cilantro, beets, carrots, and CBD products. If you’d like to order in advance, you can visit our website at any time on Friday to place a produce order for pickup at market.  CBD is listed separately at (market pickup and ship-to-your-door available).

Rocky River Hemp NC will be at market with CBD oil and topical salves.

Carol’s Good Earth Farm will be at market with scented soy candles and holiday fresh flower arrangements.

Crystal Glen Alpacas will be there this week with their handmade and unique Alpaca fiber and wood items. It’s time to shop for gifts and stay warm with unique handmade yarn and alpaca items. Keep feet toasty with alpaca felted inserts, a bonanza of woven alpaca bandanas, treasure pouches, felted dolls and more. We are also happy to offer a free basket and raw alpaca fiber with each purchase!

Evans Corn Hole Boards will be at the market with custom-made corn hole boards. They have a variety of fun designs available, or can make a set of customer-concept boards to order.

Te Mauri Acres will be at market to help you stay healthy and happy! We will offer Reiki energy healing, hand applications of essential oils, and products to support relaxation, pain relief, and immunity boosting.

Turtle Rock Gardens will be there with evergreen and everlasting wreaths, as well as magnolia and eucalyptus garlands.

Wood Smith will be attending market with hand-crafted cutting boards, charcuterie boards, kitchen utensils, keepsake and tea boxes, benches, and live edge tables.
