CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef, and pasture-raised pork, lamb, turkey, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic/non-gmo feed. Beef cuts are plentiful and include ground beef, brisket, London broil, NY strip, ribeye, short ribs, bones, and roasts. Pork cuts include pork chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, sweet Italian sausage, and bratwurst. A full line-up of chicken cuts are available, and now include jalapeno-cheese, spinach-garlic, or garlic-rosemary chicken sausage. Grand Hope Farm will be there with several heads of specialty lettuce, sweet bell peppers, turnips, kohlrabi, and some sprouting broccoli.
Hill View Farm will be there with delicious beef from their 100% grass-fed Dexter herd. They will have NY strip steaks, ground chuck, ground beef, stew beef, liver, bones, and broth.
Red Roots Farm will have Lacinato kale, green kale, limited cauliflower, a few beets, romaine lettuce, cilantro, sweet potatoes, and CBD products. Crystal Glen Alpacas will be there this week with their handmade and unique Alpaca fiber and wood items. It’s time to shop for gifts and stay warm with unique handmade yarn and alpaca items. Keep feet toasty with alpaca felted inserts, a bonanza of woven alpaca bandanas, treasure pouches, felted dolls and more. We are also happy to offer a free basket and raw alpaca fiber with each purchase!
Evans Corn Hole Boards will be at the market with custom-made corn hole boards. They have a variety of fun designs available, or can make a set of customer-concept boards to order.
Wood Smith will be attending market with hand-crafted cutting boards, charcuterie boards, kitchen utensils, keepsake and tea boxes, benches, and live edge tables.
