CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, turkey, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic/non-gmo feed. Beef cuts are plentiful and include ground beef, brisket, London broil, NY strip, ribeye, short ribs, bones, and roasts. Pork cuts include pork chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, sweet Italian sausage, bratwurst, and patties. A full line-up of chicken cuts are available, and now include jalapeno-cheese, spinach-garlic, or garlic-rosemary chicken sausage. We also have ground turkey, cranberry-sage turkey sausage, wings, and drumsticks. You will also find dried dog chews and handmade scented soaps: Lavender, Lemongrass, Oatmeal & Honey (with honey from the bees on our farm), Cherry Almond, and Plain Jane. Cool Springs Farm will be at the market with pecans, Brussels sprouts, Brussels sprout tops, broccoli, collards, kale, watermelon radishes, rutabaga, cabbage, bok choi, purple kohlrabi, butternut squash, butter crunch and romaine lettuce, fennel, onions, small sweet potatoes. Grand Hope Farm will be there with several varieties of lettuce, sweet Italian peppers, and bell peppers.
Hill View Farm will be there with delicious beef from their 100% grass-fed Dexter herd.
Red Roots Farm will collard greens, curly green kale, Lacinato kale, ruby and purple sweet potatoes, red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, Boston lettuce, parsley, cilantro, beets, carrots, and CBD products. Rocky River Hemp NC will be at market for the first time with CBD oil and salves!
Carol’s Good Earth Farm will be at market with scented holiday candles and evergreen wreaths.
Crystal Glen Alpacas will be there this week with handmade Alpaca fiber and wood items. The holidays mean gift giving and Crystal Glen Alpacas has items you cannot get anywhere else. Stop by this Saturday for beautiful yarn and unique alpaca items and wooden creations. It’s also the perfect place to visit all the farmers and guest crafters. We are also happy to offer a free basket and raw alpaca fiber with each purchase!
Evans Corn Hole Boards will be at the market with custom-made corn hole boards. They have a variety of fun designs available, or can make a set of customer-concept boards to order.
