CATHIS Farm will be there with pasture-raised pork, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic feed. Pork is back in stock with a full line-up of cuts available! They will also have pasture raised whole chickens, boneless skinless breasts, thighs, drumsticks and wings, and a limited selection of eggs so please pre-order online, if possible. Cool Springs Farm will be at market with spring and early summer produce. Tomatoes are starting to come in! We will have slicing tomatoes, with a few German Johnson and Cherokee Purple. We will also have sugar pod peas, green beans, cucumbers, red and white potatoes, zucchini, romaine lettuce, curly green and dinosaur kale, swiss chard, white and spring onions, and green garlic. Grand Hope Farm will be there with spring onions, radishes, swiss chard, big leaf spinach, select herbs, several heads of specialty lettuce, kohlrabi, sprouting broccoli, and sugar snap peas. New this week is cauliflower. We may possibly have some baby crookneck and green-tip squash.
Hill View Farm will be at market with a fresh line-up grass-fed beef. They will have a steaks, roasts, ground beef and ground chuck, stew beef, organs and bones.
