CATHIS Farm will be there with pasture-raised chicken and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic feed. CATHIS Farm is temporarily out of pork, but has plenty of chicken! We’ll have pasture raised whole chickens, boneless skinless breasts, thighs, drumsticks and wings. A limited selection of eggs so pre-order online. Cool Springs Farm will have red and white potatoes, romaine lettuce, cabbage, curly green and dinosaur kale, white and spring onions, garlic scapes and green garlic, and specialty beets. Grand Hope Farm will be there with spring onions, radishes, swiss chard, big leaf spinach, select herbs, several heads of specialty lettuce, kohlrabi, sprouting broccoli, and sugar snap peas.
Hill View Farm will be at market with a fresh line-up grass-fed beef. They will have filet mignon, NY Strip steaks, cubed steak, ground beef, liver, bones and beef broth.
Red Roots Farm will have carrots, fava beans, Swiss chard, kohlrabi, red kale, green kale, Alabama Blue collards, parsley, dill, cutting celery, scallions, and CBD products.
