CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, turkey, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic/non-gmo feed. It is turkey pick-up day! We also have ground turkey, cranberry-sage turkey sausage and turkey cuts. Beef cuts are plentiful and include ground beef, brisket, London broil, NY strip, ribeye, short ribs, bones, and roasts. Pork cuts include pork chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, sweet Italian sausage, bratwurst, and patties. A full line-up of chicken cuts are available, and now include jalapeno-cheese, spinach-garlic, or garlic-rosemary chicken sausage. We also have dried dog chews and handmade scented soaps: Lavender, Lemongrass, Oatmeal & Honey (with honey from the bees on our farm), Cherry Almond, and Plain Jane. Cool Springs Farm will be at the market with shelled pecans, broccoli, Early Jersey cabbage, Swiss chard, rutabaga, Brussels sprouts, curly green and dinosaur kale, collards, bok choi, head lettuce, onions, green beans, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and old-timey pie pumpkins. Grand Hope Farm will be there with several varieties of lettuce, sweet Italian peppers, and multicolored bell peppers.
Hill View Farm will be there with delicious beef from their 100% grass-fed Dexter herd. They will be bringing ground beef, ground chuck, liver, bones and broth.
