Aiken’s Farm will be at market with pumpkins, eggplant, peppers, turnip greens, collards, and mums.
CATHIS Farm will have grass fed beef and pasture-raised pork, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic/non-gmo feed. Beef cuts are plentiful and include ground beef, brisket, London broil, NY strip, ribeye, short ribs, bones, and roasts. Pork cuts include pork chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, sweet Italian sausage, bratwurst, and patties. A full line-up of chicken cuts are available, and now include jalapeno and cheese or spinach and garlic or garlic rosemary chicken sausage. We also have dried chicken-feet dog chews and handmade scented soaps: Lavender, Lemongrass, Oatmeal & Honey (with honey from the bees on our farm), Chery Almond, and Plain Jane. Symphl Creations will be there (weather permitting) with handmade soaps, skin balms, and other body products. They will also have home-sewn fabric bags and face masks.
Wood Eye will be at market (weather permitting) with custom-made walking sticks, canes, bowls, and hand-carved statues.
