We will also have grass-fed BEEF and pasture-raised PORK, CHICKEN, and EGGS, CANNED GOODS, CBD products, SOAPS, dried DOG CHEWS, cut flower BOUQUETS, and dried flower WREATHS!

On Saturday, November 7th, the market will switch to winter hours! The market will be from 10am to 1pm through the end of our market season, on January 30th.

CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic/non-gmo feed. Beef cuts are plentiful and include ground beef, brisket, London broil, NY strip, ribeye, short ribs, bones, and roasts. Pork cuts include pork chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, sweet Italian sausage, bratwurst, and patties. A full line-up of chicken cuts are available, and now include jalapeno and cheese or spinach and garlic or garlic rosemary chicken sausage. Cool Springs Farm will be at the market with shelled pecans, head lettuce, okra, butternut squash, old timey pie pumpkins, onions, broccoli, radishes, salad turnips, arugula, mixed turnip and mustard greens, collards, dinosaur and curly kale, bok choi, rutabaga with greens, and a few Early Jersey cabbage. You can preorder at 919-499-7689. Hill View Farm will be there with  delicious beef from our 100% grass-fed Dexter herd. We have steaks, roasts, ground beef, ground chuck, bones, broth and liver. Red Roots Farm will have collard greens, curly green kale, red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, butter head lettuce, salad mix, parsley, sweet potatoes, and CBD products. Online pre-orders are back! Turtle Rock Gardens will be there with what is likely the last of our fresh flowers! We’ll have mixed market bouquets, dahlia bouquets, lots of single variety bouquets, and dried flower wreaths.
