CATHIS Farm will have pasture-raised pork, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic feed. Pork cuts include bacon, maple links, chorizo, hope sausage, and patties. A full line-up of chicken cuts are available, including a new item – chicken sausage! They also have dried chicken-feet dog chews and handmade scented soaps (Lavender, Lemongrass, Oatmeal & Honey, and Plain Jane). Cool Springs Farm will be at the market with Shiitake mushrooms, purple and white kohlrabi, curly green and dinosaur Kale, bok choi, collards, turnip and mustard greens mixed, arugula, salad turnips, watermelon and red radishes, white bunch onions, okra, bell peppers, butternut squash, old fashion pumpkins, cut flowers (zinnia), and a few cucumbers. You can preorder at 919-499-7689. Grand Hope Farm will have several types of specialty head lettuce, sweet Italian peppers, multiple colored bell peppers, eggplant, tender pod okra, some cherry tomatoes, sweet turnips, and persimmons. 

Hill View Farm will be there with grass-fed beef! They will have  a full line up of cuts, including steaks and roasts at market on October 3rd, along with ground beef, ground chuck, stew beef, cubed steak and lots of bones for making broth. New this market are beef shanks! We taste-tested them last night and they were delicious. Cooked in the instant pot with garlic, rosemary, and some of our beef broth, they came out perfectly tender and tasty. We will be away on October 10th, but back on October 17th and on into the autumn! Please check out the list of available products and pricing on our website. Ken Chappell Peaches and Apples will be at market with APPLES!

Red Roots Farm will have salad mix, arugula, okra, tea hibiscus, maybe a few beets, and CBD products. CBD may be ordered in advance at https://red-roots-farm.square.site/ (market pickup and ship-to-your-door available).

Wood Eye will be at market (weather permitting) with custom-made walking sticks, canes, bowls, and hand-carved statues.
