This week you will find OYSTER MUSHROOMS, LETTUCE, PEPPERS, CABBAGE, KOHLRABI, RADISHES, SALAD TURNIPS, BABY SPINACH, COLLARDS, KALE, CILANTRO, and MORE!

We will also have grass-fed BEEF, pasture-raised PORK, CHICKEN, & EGGS, unique CANNED GOODS, herbal TEAS & EXTRACTS, live CULINARY, ORNAMENTAL, and NATIVE PLANTS, and fresh-baked YEAST ROLLS for holiday dinner!

VENDOR PRODUCE LIST:

CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef, forest-raised pork, and pastured chicken & eggs. Discover a delectable array of farm-fresh meats at our market this week! Indulge in succulent pork chops, flavorful sausages, and hearty spare ribs. For chicken lovers, we offer whole chickens, tender boneless breasts, and juicy thighs. Don’t miss our limited beef selection, featuring premium ground beef and convenient hamburger patties. Plus, secure your Thanksgiving centerpiece by reserving one of our plump, pasture-raised turkeys. And don’t forget our chicken pet chews – perfect for your four-legged companions! Visit us to experience the finest in locally sourced, high-quality meats.

Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh oyster mushrooms and plants: native perennials and cold-hardy culinary herbs including chamomile, cilantro, mint, thyme, and many more.

Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, fresh mints, dried herbs and herbal tea blends, along with fresh Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa).

Four Dog Farm will have head lettuce hearts, radishes, salad turnips, collards, baby spinach, cilantro, kohlrabi, kale, cabbage, a few cauliflower heads, and green bell & poblano peppers.

Grand Hope Farm will be at market with bell peppers, Italian sweet peppers, arugula, radishes, and maybe zucchini.

Thistle Draw Farm will be there with Holiday-Sized Boston Butt Roasts, Chicken Soup Starter Kits, Smoked Ham Steaks, Savory Breakfast Sausages, Versatile Ground Pork, Livers, and Kidneys.  Also Grass Pastured Whole Chickens, Boneless Skinless Breasts, Boneless Skinless Thighs, Leg Quarters, Wings, Drumsticks, Tenders, Hearts, Livers, Necks.

The Yeast Roll Company will be at market (weather permitting) with plenty of delicious fresh-baked yeast rolls. Perfect for Thanksgiving.

Twelve Oaks Farm will be at market with our salsa and pickles along with many other products. Apple butter is back along with pickled Brussels sprouts!
