CATHIS Farm is ready to go for a 6th season! We will be back at the market and have grass-fed beef, and pasture-raised pork, turkey, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic/non-gmo feed. Beef cuts are plentiful and include ground beef, brisket, London broil, NY strip, ribeye, bones, and roasts. Pork cuts include bacon, pork chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, mild country patties, and bratwurst. A full line-up of chicken cuts are available, and include jalapeno-cheese and spinach-garlic chicken sausage. We also have turkey wings, and drumsticks. You will also find dried dog chews and handmade scented soaps: Lavender & Cherry Almond.
Carolina Cravings will be there with fresh baked Mini pies: blueberry, chocolate, and coconut; Pie bars: lemon, coconut, pecan, and peanut butter; chocolate chip brownies & cookies, packaged nuts peanut pralines, cheese crackers, bolillos, conchas, and muffins.
Cool Springs Farm will be at the market with spring onions and bok choi. We will also have starter plants that will include: Heirloom, slicing, and cherry tomatoes; lettuce; kohlrabi, broccoli, cabbage, eggplant, leeks, and more.
Red Roots Farm will be at market this week with spinach, salad mix featuring arugula and baby mustard, bagged baby tatsoi, and CBD products. Our spring CSA starts in just a few weeks, visit www.redrootsfarm.com/csa for more info and to sign up!
Rocky River Hemp NC will be at market with CBD products, including 1200 mg CBD oil, high strength CBD salve, and dog treats. Customers will get a free Rocky River Hemp T-shirt if two CBD Oils or or two CBD salves are purchased!

The Yeast Roll Company will be at market with fresh-baked plain and garlic-herb yeast rolls!
Crystal Glen Alpacas will be there this week with their handmade and unique Alpaca fiber and wood items. As we open our sixth season of vending, Crystal Glen Alpacas is so grateful to have a place in the community of superb farm and craft folks. To celebrate we are offering various FREE items with every purchase. Valued, repeat customers are the lifeblood supporters of our small farm and we want to let you know you are appreciated, not to mention the joy of introducing ourselves to new customers. Come by the booth and take advantage of our alpacas – felted dolls, shoe inserts, dryer balls, wood items, and of course yarn are waiting for you. And remember, many of your wonderful dogs can produce gorgeous yarn too, really, so discounts on spinning services are available too.
Symphl Creations will be there (weather permitting) with handmade soaps, skin balms, and other body products. They will also have home-sewn fabric bags and face masks.
The Cosmic Gardener will be at market for the first time as a new vendor! They will have natural bug repellent, lavender spray, unisex roll-on aroma, herbal liniment, beard oil, chickweed salve, comfrey salve, calendula salve, botanical hair serum, face cleansing oil, face cream, violet leaf breast oil, tinctures, diapering powder, face/yoni steam, freshly-harvested stinging nettles, and dream enhancing aromatherapy spray, smoke blend, and tea.
