This week, at the third of our APRIL PLANT SALES, you will find VEGGIE TRANSPLANTS for the garden, NATIVE POLLINATOR plants, and culinary and medicinal HERB PLANTS for edible landscaping!
For those doing their regular produce shopping, you will also find OYSTER MUSHROOMS, HEAD LETTUCE, KALE, SWISS CHARD, SALAD MIX, SPINACH, CARROTS, ARUGULA, and SALAD TURNIPS, as well as pasture-raised & organic-fed PORK, CHICKEN, & EGGS, and grass-fed BEEF!
We will also have fresh DESSERTS and BAKED GOODS, herbal SALVES & TEAS, SALSA, PICKLES, and other CANNED GOODS, natural BODY CARE products, FLOWER BOUQUETS and MORE!

NEW VENDOR SPOTLIGHT:
The market is excited to welcome Carolina Grass-Fed Meats as a new vendor for the 2023 season! They are located in Liberty, where they raise their animals on pasture with care and without the use of chemicals or GMOs. They also grow peaches and apples. Stop by while you are at market this week and help us welcome them!
VENDOR PRODUCE LIST:
Baked By D will be at market with gluten-free carrot cake, GF brownies, GF blueberry crumble bars, and Italian lemon ricotta cake. As always, everything is baked with pasture-raised eggs, grass-fed butter, and organic sugar. Hydrogenated oils are never used.
Carolina Grass-Fed Meats will be a the market for the first time with grass-fed beef and timber/pasture-raised pork.
CATHIS Farm is fully stocked on grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork, chicken, and eggs! Beef cuts include ribeye, NY strip, sirloin steaks, ground beef in bulk and patties, and ground chuck. Pork cuts include bacon, pork chops, spare ribs, Boston butt, and a variety of sausages. Chicken breasts are back in stock as well as thighs, jalapeno & cheese chicken sausage, and spinach & garlic sausage. Chicken pet chews are also in stock for your 4 legged friends!
Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh oyster mushrooms (blue, pink and other varieties) and live herbs including oregano, thyme, bee balm, snapdragon and chives.
Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal extracts, elixirs, creams and salves, dried herbs and herbal tea blends, and perennial herb plants.
Four Dog Farm will have basil (Rutgers Obsession DMR) and tomato transplants for the plant sale: Cherokee Purple, Big Beef, Celebrity, Sun Gold cherry, Plum Perfect paste, and several other heirloom and hybrid varieties. We will also have veggies, including salad mix, spinach, radishes, and possibly salad turnips, arugula, and a few bags of carrots.
Grand Hope Farm will be at market with head lettuce, Swiss chard, onions, and kale!
Thistle Draw Farm will be there with pastured pork and “free-to-range” eggs. Pork cuts include porterhouse chops, loin chops, ground pork, Boston butt roasts, picnic (shoulder) roasts, spare ribs, sweet Italian sausage, spicy pork sausage, breakfast link sausage, maple breakfast link sausage, smoked, uncured bacon, organ meats, and leaf & back fats.
Twelve Oaks Farm will have salsa, pickles, eggs, and more!
Lionhearts Homestead will be at market with tomato starts (5 varieties), herb starts (curly parsley, celery, sweet basil, bronze fennel, and dill), German chamomile, lamb’s ear, golden zucchini, and acorn squash plants, flower arrangements, body butter, lip balm, body scrub, bug spray, and room spray.
Dutch Buffalo Plants will be there with native landscaping plants!
