CATHIS Farm will be a market and have grass-fed beef, and pasture-raised pork, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic/non-gmo feed. A full line-up of beef cuts are back in stock! Pork cuts include bacon, pork chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, mild country patties, bratwurst, smoked kielbasa, smoke chorizo, and smoked garlic bratwurst. A full line-up of chicken cuts are available, and include jalapeno-cheese, spinach-garlic, and garlic-rosemary chicken sausage. You will also find dried dog chews and handmade scented soaps: Lavender, Cherry Almond, and Oatmeal-Honey.
Chatham Oaks Farm will be there with mixed cherry tomatoes, red slicing tomatoes, and heirloom tomatoes.
Cool Springs Farm will be at the market with tomatoes, cantaloupes, bell peppers, eggplant, squash, zucchini, okra, and potatoes.
Four Dog Farm will be at market with green beans.
Grand Hope Farm will be there with several varieties of tomatoes, crookneck and green tip squash, Roly Poly and green zucchini, Yukon Gold and Kennebec potatoes, green onions, French cucumbers, multi-color eggplant, tender-pod okra, sprouting broccoli, Swiss chard, beans, radishes, and several heads of lettuce.

Twelve Oaks Farm will be there with cucumber pickles, salsa, pickled beets, pickled watermelon rind, pickled banana peppers, and tomato, peach, strawberry, & blueberry jam! You can pre-order for convenient pick-up at the market at https://www.twelveoaksmarketplace.com/
Carolina Cravings will be there with fresh baked Mini pies: blueberry, chocolate, and coconut; Pie bars: lemon, coconut, pecan, and peanut butter; chocolate chip brownies & cookies, packaged nuts peanut pralines, cheese crackers, bolillos, conchas, and muffins.
Rocky River Hemp NC will be at market with CBD products, including 1200 mg CBD oil, high strength CBD salve, and dog treats. Customers will get a free Rocky River Hemp T-shirt with purchase of two bottles of 1200 mg CBD Oil or two jars of High Strength Salve.
Turtle Rock Gardens will be at market with beautiful mixed bouquets featuring Lisianthus, sunflowers, zinnias, and celosia. We will likely also have some single variety bunches of cosmos, Lisianthus, and maybe a few dahlia. We’ll have Tulsi and mint as well, for making the best iced tea. See you Saturday!
