Holiday Pie Sale for the 4th!
Take home a vendor-baked pie for your 4th of July celebration! We expect to have a variety of fruit pies for the fundraiser: blueberry, blackberry, peach, apple, strawberry, and tomato pie (savory). Pick up your favorite to enjoy and help support the market! All proceeds go directly to fund the farmers’ market.
This week you will find CANTALOUPES, TOMATOES, SWEET CORN, BELL PEPPERS, OKRA, CUCUMBERS, SUMMER SQUASH & ZUCCHINI, CHERRY TOMATOES, POTATOES, SWISS CHARD, EGGPLANT, CUCUMBERS, ONIONS, and MORE!
There will also be grass-fed BEEF, pasture-raised & organic-fed PORK, CHICKEN, TURKEY, & EGGS, PICKLES and JAM, fresh-baked DESSERTS and YEAST ROLLS, cut FLOWER bouquets, and MORE!

VENDOR PRODUCE LIST:
CATHIS Farm will be a market and have grass-fed beef, and pasture-raised pork, chicken, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic/non-gmo feed. A full line-up of beef cuts are back in stock! Pork cuts include bacon, pork chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, mild country patties, bratwurst, smoked kielbasa, smoke chorizo, and smoked garlic bratwurst. A full line-up of chicken cuts are available, and include jalapeno-cheese, spinach-garlic, and garlic-rosemary chicken sausage. You will also find dried dog chews and handmade scented soaps: Lavender, Cherry Almond, and Oatmeal-Honey.
Chatham Oaks Farm will be there with mixed cherry tomatoes, red slicing and heirloom tomatoes.
Cool Springs Farm will be at the market with sweet corn, cantaloupes, slicing tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, eggplant, yellow squash, zucchini, cucumbers, red and yellow potatoes, okra, and a few bell peppers.
Grand Hope Farm will be there with several varieties of tomatoes, crookneck and green tip squash, Roly Poly and green zucchini, Yukon Gold and Kennebec potatoes, green onions, French cucumbers, multi-color eggplant, tender-pod okra, sprouting broccoli, Swiss chard, beans, radishes, and maybe a few heads of lettuce.
Red Roots Farm will be at market with red, white, and blue potatoes, Yukon Gold potatoes, Candy Apple onions (red), and Candy onions (yellow), slicing and pickling cucumbers, scallions, and CBD products. Twelve Oaks Farm will be there with cucumber pickles, mild salsa, pickled sweet banana peppers, pickled beets, peach jam, and strawberry jam. You can pre-order for convenient pick-up at the market at https://www.twelveoaksmarketplace.com/
Carolina Cravings will be there with fresh baked Mini pies: blueberry, chocolate, and coconut; Pie bars: lemon, coconut, pecan, and peanut butter; chocolate chip brownies & cookies, packaged nuts peanut pralines, cheese crackers, bolillos, conchas, and muffins.
The Yeast Roll Company will be there with fresh-baked plain, cinnamon, and garlic-herb yeast rolls!
Symphl Creations will be there (weather permitting) with handmade soaps, bath bombs, skin balms, and other body products. They will also have home-sewn fabric bags, face masks, and other fabric crafts.
Turtle Rock Gardens will be at market with lots of beautiful flowers! We’ll have sunflowers, the first of the dahlias, Lisianthus, carnations, zinnias (and lots more!) in mixed bouquets and a few single variety bouquets as well. We’ll also have tulsi and mint, both make great iced tea. See you Saturday!
