Baked By D will be there with GF brownies, vegan cookies, GF + DF muffins, GF + DF strawberry cake, and focaccia.
CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as pasture-raised pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic and non-gmo feed. A variety of beef cuts are available, including ground beef, stew beef and bones. Pork cuts in stock are chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, mild country with extra sage patties, bratwurst, smoked kielbasa, smoked chorizo, and smoked garlic bratwurst plus many more. Whole chickens raised on pasture and moved daily. Ground turkey and turkey wings and new dehydrated turkey pet chews. Grass-fed lamb includes chops, ground, shanks and many more cuts.
Cool Springs Farm will have cherry and slicing tomatoes, onions, garlic, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, carrots, and maybe some Silver Queen corn.
Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal tinctures, elixirs, creams, salves, tea blends, and Hibiscus (Roselle sabdariffa) plants ready for the garden.
Four Dog Farm will be at market with plenty of green beans, carrots, yellow squash, zucchini, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, classic and Asian eggplant, and possibly some beets.
Green Heal Farm will have scallions, squash, cucumbers, possibly cherry tomatoes, potatoes, basil, mint, cut flowers, and handmade wooden cutting boards.
Grand Hope Farm will be there with fresh, seasonal vegetables.
Crystal Glen Alpacas will be there with alpaca yarn, knitted & felted items, and wooden craft. We celebrate all our friends, customers, and fellow vendors! We offer one-of-a-kind items definitely not found anywhere else. See y’all this Saturday!
