For those doing their regular produce shopping, this week you will find LOTS of STRAWBERRIES, GREEN BEANS, SUGAR PEAS, KALE, HEAD LETTUCE, SPINACH, KOHLRABI, SPRING ONIONS, SWISS CHARD, RADISHES, ASPARAGUS, & MORE! We will also have grass-fed BEEF & LAMB and pasture-raised & organic-fed PORK, CHICKEN, TURKEY, & EGGS!
You will also find fresh BAKED DESSERTS, HERBS, CANNED GOODS, herbal TEAS & TINCTURES, NATIVE PLANTS, handcrafted JEWELRY, mixed-media ARTWORK, custom CORN HOLE BOARDS, and handmade FURNITURE & WOODCRAFT!

VENDOR PRODUCE LIST:
Aiken Farm will be at market with fresh, seasonal produce.
Baked By D will be there with GF blueberry crumble, GF brownies, GF chocolate chip muffins (sweetened with date sugar), high protein/high fiber GF & vegan cookies (sweetened with dates), GF & vegan carrot cake, GF & vegan toasted coconut cake, coffee cake, Italian flag petit fours, focaccia bread, and cheesecake.
CATHIS Farm will have grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as pasture-raised pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs that are supplemented with locally grown and milled organic and non-gmo feed. A variety of beef cuts are available, including ground beef, stew beef and bones. Pork cuts in stock are chops, maple links, apple cinnamon sausage, chorizo, mild country with extra sage patties, bratwurst, smoked kielbasa, smoked chorizo, and smoked garlic bratwurst plus many more. Whole chickens raised on pasture and moved daily. Ground turkey and turkey wings and new dehydrated turkey pet chews. Grass-fed lamb includes chops, ground, shanks and many more cuts.
Chatham Oaks Farm will be at market with LOTS of fresh, local strawberries and a variety of head lettuce. Returning customers can bring back their Chatham Oaks strawberry buckets for $1 off their next bucket.
Cool Springs Farm will have green beans, sugar pod peas, kohlrabi, bok choi, Swiss chard, kale, head lettuce, onions, and green garlic, and new Iris potatoes. We will also have starter plants for your spring gardens.
Edge of the World Farm will be there (weather permitting) with herbal tinctures, creams, salves, tea blends and purple asparagus.
Four Dog Farm will be at market with radishes, red and green summer crisp head lettuce, snow peas, and sugar snap peas.
Grand Hope Farm will be there with several types of head lettuce, spinach, Swiss chard, kale, Daikon radishes, sweet pink radishes, sweet spring onions, and two types of microgreens
Twelve Oaks Farm will have eggs, hot and mild salsa, pickled beets, bread and butter pickles, dill pickles, pickled radishes. You can pre-order for convenient pick-up at the market at https://www.twelveoaksmarketplace.com/
Artemis Forest will be visiting for the morning with vegetables, loofah sponges, and herbs.
Cure Nursery will be at market with a lovely selection of native plants. This week we will have Blephilia ciliata (Downy Wood Mint), Lobelia Cardinalis (Cardinal Flower), Penstemon digitalis (White Penstemon), Itea virginica (Virginia Sweetspire), Vaccinium corymbosum (Highbush Blueberry), and a few more.
Crystal Glen Alpacas will be there (weather permitting) with alpaca yarn, knitted & felted items, and wooden craft. We have some great, new, unique items to present to friends and customers this year!
