CATHIS Farm is fully stocked on grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork, chicken, and eggs! Beef cuts include ribeye, NY strip, sirloin steaks, ground beef in bulk and patties, and ground chuck. Pork cuts include bacon, pork chops, spare ribs, Boston butt, and a variety of sausages. Chicken breasts are back in stock as well as thighs, jalapeno & cheese chicken sausage, and spinach & garlic sausage. Chicken pet chews are also in stock for your 4 legged friends!
Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh oyster mushrooms (pink, blue, and other varieties) and live herb plants including cilantro, chives, and thyme.
Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal tinctures, elixirs, creams and salves and dried herb tea blends. We should have a few perennial herb plants with us – Motherwort, Chocolate Mint, Comfrey and possibly others.
Four Dog Farm will be at market with beets, spinach, salad mix, arugula, Swiss chard, kale, collards, radishes, salad turnips, white kohlrabi, cilantro bunches, garlic, bell peppers, a small amount of okra, and a variety of small peppers: Shishito, poblano, pimento, & Lunchbox snack peppers.
Grand Hope Farm will be there with several different types of tomatoes, okra, eggplant, bell and sweet Italian peppers, onions, yellow squash, and zucchini.
Green Heal Farm will have arugula, peppers, carrots, head lettuce, some salad mix, maybe flowers, collards, and handmade wooden cutting boards.
Cure Nursery will be at market with a lovely selection of native plants. We will be featuring fall bloomers, grasses and shrubs. A few touches of grass in your perennial beds provide places for butterflies, fireflies, and moths to lay their eggs and hide from predators. Plus, great prices on shrubs that flower, berry, and have beautiful fall color!
Crystal Glen Alpacas embraces the fall market with wonderful hand-crafted alpaca and wood items. Welcome to alpaca season! Time to pick up your felted shoe/boot inserts, bandanas and headbands. We also have great wood items from the farm!
