Deerhoof Gardens will be at market with fresh oyster mushrooms (blue, brown, and tarragon) and live culinary herbs & native plants ready to go in the ground now, including chamomile, cilantro, mint, thyme, and many more.
Edge of the World Farm will be there with herbal extracts, elixirs, creams, salves, fresh mints, dried herbs and herbal tea blends, along with fresh Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa).
Four Dog Farm will have green beans, radishes, salad turnips, kale bunches, salad mix, arugula, baby Swiss chard, baby spinach, cilantro, a variety of peppers: green bell, sweet banana, Shishito, jalapeno, snack, & poblano, a few eggplant, and celtuce (Chinese stem lettuce).
Thistle Draw Farm will be there with succulent smoked pastured pork, smoked boneless loin chops, porterhouse chops, smoked ham steaks, smoked bacon, holiday-sized shoulder roasts, smoked jowl bacon, sweet and savory breakfast sausages, versatile ground pork, livers, and kidneys. Also grass pastured whole chickens, boneless skinless breasts, boneless skinless thighs, leg quarters, wings, drumsticks, tenders, hearts, livers, necks, and broth/soup starter packs.
Light Breeze Candle Company will be at market with hand-poured, small batch soy candles, wax melts, and room sprays.
Steady Burn Pyrography will be there with wood burned decoratives, magnets, mazes, and custom commission sign up. 15% of animal portraits go to Chatham animal rescues. 15% of human portraits go to the Quiltmaker Café.
